Step 2 : Goto location where you had installed " Adobe After Effects " and then go to " Plug-ins " in my case : " C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects CC 2019\Support Files\Plug-ins " And goto " VideoCopilot " folder if you don't find it, then just simply create it.
